Cash App For Casino Deposits Crypto Casino Blog
Gable on crypto/bitcoin casinos safely with bitcoin you buy on CashApp

CashApp is one of the fastest solutions for buying bitcoin. Here’s what you need to know.

CashApp is probably the easiest way for people in the United States and other places CashApp is available to buy, sell, and send crypto.

If you haven’t tried it, first simply download the app from the app store and then follow these instructions. You may also want to consider using your own bitcoin wallet outside of CashApp to manage transactions for online casinos, which we will get to next.

Purchasing bitcoin is easy, once you have installed CashApp and linked a payment method, simply:

  1. Tap the Bitcoin tab on your Cash App home screen
  2. Tap Buy BTC
  3. Select an amount tap … to enter a custom amount
  4. Enter your PIN and select Confirm

To send bitcoin directly to a casino deposit address, follow these simple instructions.

Please note, while sending Bitcoin from CashApp directly to an online casino is usually never a problem, though some CashApp users report CashApp limiting their bitcoin purchasing after sending transactions to flagged bitcoin accounts, which might include some casino deposit addresses. This is rare, and you will not lose your bitcoin if this happens, CashApp may just limited future purchases. While this may be an error on CashApps part, it still may be better to use your own separate wallet for sending and receiving funds with online casinos.

To avoid that possibility entirely, you may want to try sending to your own bitcoin wallet outside of CashApp, and use that separate bitcoin wallet to manage casino deposits and withdrawals.

This is very easy with wallets like Exodus Wallet or Atomic Wallet which are available for Mac, Windows PC, iPhone/iOS, and Android.

Wallets like Exodus Wallet and Atomic Wallet are not monitored and have no sending or receiving restrictions, it is allowed by CashApp to send to your own private wallet which is preferred by some users.

You can read our crypto wallet set up guide here.

For the sake of convenience, some users prefer to send directly to the casino from CashApp. It is your choice, though we do recommend sending to your own wallet and using your wallet to manage transactions.

To send bitcoin from CashApp:

  1. Tap the Money tab on your Cash App home screen
  2. Tap the Bitcoin tile
  3. Tap the Airplane button
  4. Choose Send Bitcoin
  5. Enter the amount and the recipient’s or BTC address (either the deposit address provided to the casino, or your personal private bitcoin wallet address you use to manage your crypto)
  6. Tap Next
  7. Select a speed
  8. Tap Confirm & Send

And that’s it. Depending on the casino, your transaction may appear as “pending” even after sent. It is fairly normal for casinos to require multiple blockchain confirmations to occur before displaying your new balance. This can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. If your transaction is still pending after 20 minutes, drop the casino’s customer support a message, and they should be able to check(you may never have this issue, though if you do, usually can be resolved quickly by support, and often just a precaution for new users).
