My brushing of teeth is twice in a day. Once in the morning before going to work after eating my breakfast and one in the night before going to bed. I've never missed brushing my teeth twice since I became an adult.

I only brush my teeth once in a day and it's before going to sleep in the night. I use mouth wash in the morning. I feel that too much brushing damages the teeth gums.

I brush once a day. I have checked and seen that there is no need to be brushing twice on a daily basis. I can't really afford having the time to be doing it. So, I prefer to brush once a day and have a mouth at night before I sleep.
